This month, we’re exploring the Crown Chakra – the centre of spiritual connection, higher consciousness, and inner stillness ✨👑
Through a soothing blend of yoga, meditative art, and reflective practices, we’ll create space to connect with something greater, whether that’s your inner wisdom, a sense of peace, or the quiet mystery of the present moment. You’ll be guided to soften the thinking mind and open to deeper insight and connection, leaving feeling calm, expansive, and gently renewed.
