Practicing gratitude can be a game-changer: it has far reaching effects, from improving our mental health to boosting our relationships with others. Living your life with gratitude helps you notice the little wins—like the uber showing up right on time in the rain , a stranger holding the door for you, or the sun shining through your window when you wake up in the morning. Each of these small moments strings together to create a web of well-being that, over time, strengthens your ability to notice the good.

Hi I am Namratha -& I help people connect to their inner world through art & heart to hearts . 

I am a certified art therapist & work with both individuals and groups to create a safe , non- judgemental space to connect with their hearts and express themselves freely. 

Intuitive art making, creative body movements , journalling ,theatre exercises, gratitude meditations & nature connections are some of the practises I explore in my sessions.
