Creative Fabric Sculpting Vase Workshop

Location: The Galleria, Burton Latimer
Hosted by Michelle Melville Master Powertex Tutor.
Come & immerse yourself in some relaxing crafty R&R and create your own unique fabric sculpted vase.
In this class you'll be guided step by step how to create a unique fabric sculpted vase. There will be various shaped and sizes of medium-medium/large vases to choose from. Once you’ve chosen your vase we will use powertex (a fabrc sculpting medium) along with fabric sculpting techniques, various textiles and textured products to add structure and textute to your vase.
Once dry you'll use a dry brush technique to colour & enhance the texture on your vase, the exact colour & design are your choice & down to your own imagination. There will be finished examples to get those creative juices flowing. Once finished you take your unique vase home with you.
Everything You need for your class will be provided including gloves, apron & light refreshments.
Please do wear old clothes you don't mind getting a little messy.
This class is suitable for beginners.
