Creative Expressions: A Night of Crafting & Wellness
Start your week with a little creativity, connection, and self-care at Altered States Wellness! We’ll begin the evening with a gratitude themed craft, giving you a chance to slow down, reflect on what you're thankful for, and create something meaningful to take home.
After crafting, it’s time to recharge. Each guest will choose one wellness service to enjoy: Red Light Therapy, PEMF + Brain Tap, Salt Cave, Fire & Ice, or Compression Boots.
Creative expression and practicing gratitude can be wonderful ways to unwind, cultivate positivity, and step away from the everyday rush. Pair them with a restorative wellness experience, and you’ve got the perfect week night reset.
