Jenn Necker is the owner of Intentionally Speaking, where she partners with small business owners through intentional consulting, collaboration, and the creation of strategic plans that support sustainable growth. Jenn is known for helping entrepreneurs move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling clear, confident, and consistent in their business.
Through Intentionally Speaking, Jenn offers a variety of ways to work together, including The Consistency Collective, an online membership designed to provide accountability, strategy, collaboration, and ongoing support accessible from anywhere, whenever it’s needed. She also provides small group and 1:1 support focused on strategy, marketing, planning, and implementation, along with hosting events throughout the year that are centered on small business growth and connection.
In addition to her consulting work, Jenn is the co-founder of Intentionally Rising, an entrepreneurial networking community based in Delaware. Alongside her business partner, she leads a dynamic group that meets in person twice a month and virtually twice a month, with co-working sessions and social gatherings woven throughout the month. With a strong focus on education, connection, and genuine support, Intentionally Rising is intentionally designed to be so much more than networking it’s a community where entrepreneurs grow together.
Jenn’s passion lies in creating spaces, strategies, and systems that help business owners show up consistently, build meaningful connections, and grow with intention.
