Hi everyone, I’m thrilled to be combining 2 of my passions – Creative Expression and Nature Connection- to deliver a series of all-day workshops across a whole year in Wirksworth from the 30th of November.
We will start with the winter series, held at the Glenorchy centre from 10am – 4pm, with some time spent outdoors to converse with Nature. Workshops are funded by Derbyshire Mind and are free of charge, but you will have to text me to book your spot.
What is Creative Ecotherapy?
Mother Nature constantly speaks to us, supporting our collective evolution. In our workshops, we honour this communion and make space within us through a series of curated creative exercises, to listen and receive from her as we drop deeper into knowing ourselves, finding inner peace and clarity in life. We will be in mindful conversation with Mother Nature to transmute old patterns that come in the way of our highest potential and find inner courage in a supportive group setting to create the lives we desire.
Example of Workshop Outline:
10 – 11 am: Opening circle and Authentic Relating exercises
11 am-12 pm: Vocal and Movement work
12-1 pm: Nature exploration with prompts
1-2 pm: Lunch
2-3 pm: Creating your Nature Story
3-4 pm: Sharing and closing circle
