This six-week series is for anyone feeling distressed by today’s climate, worried about injustice, or simply overwhelmed by daily life. In a time when the news feels heavy and the pace of life can be exhausting, it’s easy to carry a quiet weariness. We all need spaces to recharge, to breathe more deeply, and to remember that we’re not alone. This six-week series is designed to be just that—a gentle pause, a supportive space, and a reminder that creativity and community can bring ease.Together, we’ll create a gentle, supportive space filled with laughter, creativity, and calming practices.

Each gathering includes:

• Creative time — bring something you enjoy (knitting, drawing, painting, collage, journaling, or any craft) or simply come as you are. This is a no judegement crafting space.
• Shared snacks — bring something to share if you’d like; we’ll provide warm apple cider.
• Grounding practices — guided by a therapist and a health coach, learn simple tools to ease stress and anxiety.
