Join Lauren for a soul-nourishing, creative, and grounding self-care sanctuary! During this time, she will provide a relaxed environment and open-minded space where you can work to open your inner channels through stillness, self-inquiry, and mindful creativity. The retreat will offer intention setting, a slow and reflective Yin yoga class infused with guided meditation and self-inquiry prompts, a creative expression session, a closing grounding meditation, and soulful rest in Savasana. Step out of the noise and into your inner world. Reconnect with your voice, your vision, and your most vibrant self.
Lauren will offer space during the creative expression session to tap into whatever method fills your soul. She will offer guided journaling with prompts, but you can also allow your creative writing to flow or explore an art therapy method that calls to you. No artistic experience needed! Just bring your curiosity and an open heart. This is your time to pause, reflect, and create, just for YOU!

This practice is open to all experience levels, including beginners. Wear what feels comfortable, bring water, and a mat if you have one. There are mats available to borrow if you don't and props will be provided at no cost. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to settle in and begin this creative journey with ease. If you feel called, bring something to write with and on. If you plan to utilize art therapy during the creative expression session, bring the materials and supplies you will need to do so.
