Creative Arts Workshop

Led by Martyna, a Creative and Therapeutic Arts Undergraduate from the University of South Wales on placement with Platfform Wellbeing, each session will offer a chance to explore different creative techniques – including painting, collage, and mixed media – in a relaxed and supportive space.

Whether you're a complete beginner or someone who enjoys getting creative,come along and connect with others.

📅 Workshop Details:

• Time: Choose between a morning session or afternoon session
• Morning group: 10:00am – 12:00pm
• Afternoon group: 1:00pm – 3:00pm
• Location: 1 Pen Y Lan Road, Roath, Cardiff.

You only need to book one session (morning or afternoon) – both will follow the same format and content.

What to expect:

• A welcoming, non-judgmental environment
• Guided creative activities each week
• Space to express yourself and unwind
• No artistic experience needed – just come as you are
• Adults only

Cost: Free to attend – spaces are limited, so booking is essential. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket to allow someone else to join.
