Creative Arts Therapy Workshop (Self Collage)

How often do you take the time to relax, put your phone away, and make art? How often do you take the time to reflect on what you have been through and how far you have come?

This workshop will prompt individuals to reflect on their past, present, and future selves through the creation of multi-media collages.

Through art-making, engaging with visual symbols, and guided group processing and reflection, participants have the chance to re-engage with their own personal narrative from a new perspective. This workshop is a great introductory opportunity for anyone curious about directive-based Creative Arts Therapy groups.
