Self Care Shenanigans is an bi-weekly event series hosted by With Great Taste NYC, a Creative Wellness Advocacy Collective.

Join us for a mindful creative pause before the start of your week — a chance to rest, reflect, and release in community.

We’ll kick things off with breathwork, then settle into an old school reggae-backed coloring session designed to help you slow down, reflect, and a great excuse to get off your phone.

All workshop materials are included in the ticket price. Food and drink will be available for purchase courtesy of The REP Music Cafe.
