Activity Name: Creative Arts Youth Half-Day Summer Camp - Mixed Media

Dates & Times: Monday through Friday July 13-17, 2026 from 12:30-3:30pm

Activity Description: In this unique summer art program, students will be guided step-by-step in creating their own creative art using mixed media. They will learn the basics of different art mediums from an experienced instructor in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. We will focus on art styles that represent different regions of the world during each session. Students will also learn about the history of art and art techniques from these areas. 

This class is held once per day for a total of 5 sessions. Each session is approximately 3 hours long but may take longer if needed. This is a total of 15 hours of instruction across the full program. 

This is a drop off and pick up class. Students must register at least 24 hours in advance of the first session.

Price:  $225 per person for non-members or $200 for members. Participants must register for the entire program; attendance at individual sessions is not permitted. 

Early Bird Discount: Receive $15 off when you register at least 3 weeks prior to the class start date (by 6/22). Use code EB15 at checkout. A deposit of 50% of the total camp price is due at the time of booking. If this option is selected, the remaining balance is due one week prior to the first session. More Information: We offer unique art camps for children throughout the year. These programs are geared for adolescent children wishing to explore the world of art. We teach simple and fun projects to them that encourage self-expression, education, and fundamental art skills. Students will learn a variety of art mediums in these programs with a wonderful instructor.

This age group is very creative and their imaginations are limitless. We encourage them to express their own unique imaginations and teach them how to do it with art. We may paint with brushes or hands, draw with crayons, markers and more. We may also explore other forms of art. We often include educational pieces into our programs to help expand the mind as well as the heart.

Our main goal is to foster expressive creativity and build self-confidence all while having fun. We help them to grow and use their wonderful imaginations in an unlimited way.
