Creative Art Expression & Remembrance with Sound Bath

Fully engage in this Creative Expression & Remembrance Workshop. We dedicate our time together in Community to explore creative outlets that can help us through our losses; providing a cathartic release while creating a lasting tribute. Enjoy this day exploring art forms to express emotions & commemorate our loved ones as a way of honoring their life and keeping their memory alive.

Creative offerings include (but are not limited to) creating a diorama (mini altar), collage, music, poetry, letter writing, scrapbooking photos, stories and reflections on cherished memories. Expressing our gratitude for others' presence, the lessons they taught us and how they impacted our life using this creative endeavor facilitates remembrance in a functional and healthy way; acknowledging the pain of loss while also finding an appreciation for what remains. You can choose to keep your art private or share your art with others. Enjoy a crafted Sound Bath for the occasion to encourage our creativity to flow.
