Guided by a Recreation Therapist from Cortellucci Hospice Vaughan, each session offers simple writing prompts, creative collage activities, and opportunities to personalize journals and memory pages. Activities encourage mindfulness, creativity, and meaningful conversation in a relaxed environment.
