Creating Tiny Traditions * A Workshop for Grandparents
About this Event
Creating Tiny Traditions Workshop
What small things do you remember most from childhood?
A handwritten note. A favorite recipe. A postcard. A seashell collected on a special day. A photograph. A story shared again and again.
Often, it is these tiny treasures that become the memories we carry with us for a lifetime.
Join author and illustrator Joyce Parlapiano for the first in a new series of Creating Tiny Traditions Workshops designed to inspire meaningful connections with the children we love.
During this relaxed, hands-on gathering, you'll create and decorate a personal keepsake box, a special place to collect photographs, handwritten notes, recipes, postcards, small treasures, and other meaningful reminders of the people and moments you cherish.
More than a creative project, this workshop is an opportunity to reflect, share ideas, and explore the small traditions that can help us build deeper, more meaningful relationships across the generations.
You'll leave with a completed keepsake box and inspiration for beginning a Tiny Tradition of your own.
No artistic experience is necessary. All supplies and materials will be provided.
