Join Annalyn and Lauren at Flowspace Oakland on 1.11 (ooOoo magic) for an afternoon of ceremony, community, and connection to kick-off the new year. We’ll practice the surrender of 2024 and years past, and discover that spark you want to call into 2025 and beyond.

And you know what? You don't have to know. We can play in the uncertainty together, practicing the subtle, revolutionary art of wanting -- of space-making and taking, of shedding, of tasting that still, small spark of desire and nurturing its flame.

Mostly, we'll breathe, roll around on the floor, and laugh-cry with each other through:

• Mediation and energy healing
• Journaling
• Sensual embodiment movement
• Heart-to-heart conversations with one another
