Creating places: Building communities through brownfield regeneration

During this panel discussion, Onward Homes and their consultant team will discuss the constraints and issues of brownfield development, as they move from inception to planning approval for developing 2 city centre regeneration schemes.

With two sites only 100m apart, these schemes will deliver over 500 much needed new affordable homes for local residents and start the transformation of the area, supporting Preston City Council’s Stoneygate Masterplan.

Networking and drinks will take place after the panel discussion and Q&A has concluded.
