Join Courtney Welch, a certified life coach and yoga instructor, in a workshop designed to inspire and create intention for your goals & dreams. Expect an open level vinyasa class to set the intention and a guided meditation to visualize the future. We will find clarity with coaching sessions to create a personal vision board!*Please bring your yoga mat, scissors and any images that you already have that inspire you. All other supplies will be provided (images, boards & glue).
