"Creating Homeownership in Colorado" is a CREC-approved, two-hour training course designed to help real estate brokers understand CHFA’s mortgage loan programs and how to use them to support their clients with affordable homeownership options. This course covers CHFA’s mission, loan programs, borrower eligibility requirements, down payment assistance options and tools brokers can use to help guide their clients successfully.
