We begin by moving the body, not with force, but with deep intention. The slow yoga flow is a moving meditation designed to physically unwind the stories and stagnation of 2025, creating space, breath, and freedom.
As the body softens, the mind settles. A guided meditation will lead you inward to a place of stillness and profound clarity. It’s here, in the quiet, that your truest intentions can be heard.
We’ll complete our journey in a confidential (and optional) sharing circle. This is the heart of the workshop: a space to be witnessed, to connect with community, and to use your voice to honestly let go of 2025's baggage.
