About this Event
After last session’s strong turnout and hands-on demos, we’re continuing the conversation with Part 2.
In Part 1, we explored the foundations of autonomous AI agents:
how to think about specialized agents, agent swarms, and practical use cases for SME owners, founders, and lean teams.
Now we go one step further.
The question is no longer just:
What can an AI agent do?
It’s:
How do we turn isolated agent experiments into reliable, reusable systems that actually support real work?
This week, we’ll focus on moving from interesting demos to more practical implementation: from one-off prompts and scattered workflows, to structured agent systems that can support research, content, admin, communication, follow-up, and execution across a business.
AI agents are powerful on their own, but the real leverage comes from:
• defining clear agent roles
• designing handoffs between agents
• creating repeatable workflows
• reducing friction in day-to-day execution
• building systems that founders and small teams can actually use consistently
Agent systems can help businesses:
✅ Turn experiments into repeatable workflows
✅ Reduce founder overload and context switching
✅ Improve execution across research, admin, and marketing
✅ Create lightweight operating systems for lean teams
✅ Build practical internal leverage before hiring more people
Some areas we’ll continue exploring:
🤖 Research Agents, better scoping, source gathering, and synthesis
✍️ Content Agents, drafting with structure, tone, and reuse in mind
📩 Admin Agents, organizing follow-ups, tasks, and communication flows
📊 Market Research Agents, turning insights into usable outputs
🧠 Strategy Agents, helping founders think through priorities and decisions
🔗 Agent Handoffs, how agents pass work between each other more effectively
🛠️ Workflow Design, how to make agent systems more usable in real life
🛠️ Part 2 Focus: From Agent Ideas to Working Systems
This week, we’ll work to demo and discuss:
✅ How to improve agent structure after the first build
✅ How to create clearer roles between multiple agents
✅ How to reduce chaos in multi-agent workflows
✅ How to build more practical systems for SME and startup use
✅ How to spot where automation helps, and where human judgment still matters
✅ How to move from “cool prompt” to “usable workflow”
🛠️🦞 OpenClaw / AI Agents Sandbox: Build, Don’t Just Watch
This is not a class. It’s a weekly workshop for Claw Pilots to demo progress, troubleshoot in real time, and exchange raw ideas.
- Be a Builder, Not a CD-ROM
We value action over observation. Don’t just watch, show your ah-ha moments.
- Progress Over Perfection
Broken prompts, messy workflows, and failed experiments are welcome. That’s how we learn faster.
- Verifiable & Open
We advocate for decentralized AI, secure, authentic tech you can trust.
🗓️ Agenda
4:00 PM | Rapid Fire Intros: What did you build since last time?
4:20 PM | Live Demos: What worked, what changed, what got more useful
4:40 PM | Open laptop workshop: Improve or rebuild your agent workflow
5:30 PM | Open Q&A + Sharebacks: What became more practical?
6:00 PM | Wrap
🚀 Who This Is For
- SME Owners: Build lightweight AI systems to support operations
- Founders & Startup Teams: Create leverage across execution and communication
- Consultants & Operators: Design reusable internal or client-facing workflows
- Builders: You’d rather make something work than just talk about AI in theory
Note: We meet every Friday, 4–6 PM. Bring your laptop, your latest experiment, and your questions.
⏳ Update Status: If you can’t make it, please cancel 24 hours in advance. No-shows will be blacklisted from future sessions to keep things fair for those on the waitlist.
