On November 10, 2025, The Ghostlight Stage Company continues its 25/26 Shining a Light Workshop and Lecture Series with Creating Art from a Personal Story, led by board member and nationally recognized artist, Michael Thompson, at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park. This pay-what-you-can workshop, offered in person and virtually, will guide participants through the process of developing visual storytelling rooted in personal experience. Attendees will explore vulnerability, concept development, and practical tools for idea generation, leaving with a project prompt and a deeper understanding of how individual narratives connect to larger ecosystems.About the speaker: Michael Thompson is an artist, speaker, and entrepreneur. His work focuses on human ecology and nuance, utilizing interdisciplinary mediums to build his creative ecosystem.
