Discover a cost-effective way to create a stylized meadow on a small property using native plant plugs. You’ll learn the differences between a traditional and stylized meadow, the advantages of using plugs, and how to scale meadow landscape design principles to a suburban yard.
To help you get started you’ll receive a 2" native plug set as part of this class. Each set contains 5 different species & 15 plants in total.
The set consists of:
(3) Achillea millefolium – Yarrow; fern like foliage with clusters of showy, whitish flowers
(3) Heliopsis helianthoides ‘Summer Nights’ – False Sunflower, upright golden yellow daisy like flowers
(3) Lobelia siphilitica – Blue Lobelia, disease resistant late summer bloomer
(3) Verbena hastata ‘Pink Spires – upright with bright pink flower spikes, attracts hummingbirds
(3) Muhlenbergia capillaris ‘White Cloud’ – Muhly Grass, upright fluffy plumes of delicate white blooms
