Sir Phil Redmond CBE is an outstanding pioneer of the UK’s creative industries. The creator of legendary TV dramas Grange Hill, Brookside and Hollyoaks, he played a pivotal role in helping Liverpool to secure the prestigious European Capital of Culture in 2008. He is currently working with the Government to promote the economic and social benefits of culture by leading on a new, national Town of Culture initiative.

High Sheriff of Cheshire, Lynn Pegler, is a Deputy Lieutenant, Chair of Norton Priory Trustees and a long-standing Board Director of Halton Chamber. A former journalist, she works as a communications/PR specialist and is a published poet, award-winning community theatre director, playwright, literature festival manager and musician.
