Created to Cope Through the Holidays: Hope & Healing for Grieving Mothers

Life after loss is different, new, and uncomfortable. Group coaching for grieving mothers provides a safe and supportive space for women who have experienced the loss of a child, regardless of age or stage in utero. We will discuss the impact of grief, coping and integrating grief into our lives, and ways to honor our loved ones. The group setting can help individuals feel less isolated and provide a sense of community during a difficult time. The shared experience and empathy within the group can be incredibly healing and comforting, particularly around the Holiday season.
