Create your own sparkling mini mosaic floral using rare vintage beads and colorful glass in this fan favorite hands-on studio workshop with artist Sharra Frank!
All materials included. No experience necessary.

This whimsical little project has become one of the most beloved classes in the studio. You’ll design a colorful mosaic floral arrangement using an incredible assortment of glass, beads, and vintage treasures curated by Sharra from specialty bead suppliers on the East Coast.
Many students fall in love with the process and come back to create more and more mini florals, each one completely unique.
What You’ll Create
A charming 4" x 4" framed mosaic floral artwork bursting with color, texture, and personality, perfect for displaying on a shelf or hanging on the wall.
What You’ll Experience
Choose Your Frame
Start with a custom 4" x 4" birch frame. Select from square, scalloped, or ornate styles.
Design Your Background
Create a mosaic “wallpaper” using curated pre-cut glass in vibrant colors and patterns.
Add Your Vase & Florals
Choose a clear glass vase shape designed by Sharra and pre-cut with smooth edges, then build your one-of-a-kind floral arrangement using rare beads, vintage findings, and glass elements sourced from Sharra’s vintage treasure hunts in New York and Rhode Island.
Learn Mosaic Design Techniques
Sharra demonstrates floral cutting, layering, and composition techniques that are accessible for beginners while offering fresh inspiration for experienced mosaic artists.
By the End of Class
You’ll leave with a finished mosaic floral artwork that sparkles with personality, ready to gift or display at home.
