Across Cultures, Religions, and Customs, it is common to incorporate the use of beads in meditation as a tangible object to promote mindfulness in an individual's practice. In this mini-workshop presented by Jenni Buffington, you will create your own beaded meditation piece for your own individual needs.
All supplies are included in your $35 class fee, and the session will end with a guided meditation where you can assimilate your new meditation beads into your practice!
This class is appropriate for ages 16+, and the class size is small to allow for a more personal experience. All class fees paid are final and non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the instructor or Weaving Willow Craftworks.
