This sacred ritual flows into an enchanting Sound Immersion, where the soothing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and high-frequency instruments amplify your intentions and inspire inner harmony.

Held in the tranquil Herb Garden of Well-Being under the magic of the New Moon, this gathering offers a chance to release, renew, and reconnect.

We live in a dualistic world... light and darkness, yin and yang, masculine and feminine. But bringing these contrasting sides into balance and harmony allows us to experience more joy, authenticity, and depth in our lives.

"Casa" represents masculine energy/elements, and "Rituals" the feminine energy/elements...merging David and Marit's skills and energies beautifully.

David has an extensive background in alternative healing, with over 25 years of experience in globally known 5-star spas, connecting with customers worldwide. Over time, he came to find the most joy and passion using Sound Healing as a primary tool to help improve physical and emotional health. And the overall benefits of ultimate relaxation, both during 1-on-1 and group experiences. David now regularly guides sound baths and Yoga Nidra meditations for groups and private clients.

Marit discovered heart-opening Cacao and Quantum Energy Healing right before the pandemic hit, and the past few years have been all about bridging the ancient wisdom of Cacao with modern energy healing techniques. Even traveling to Guatemala to live with shamans for a month to learn how to facilitate Cacao ceremonies to honor ancient practices and cultures. Her passion lies in holding space for others to connect with who they are and guiding them to radiate their magic back into the world.
