In these experiential & expressive workshops you will be gently guided to explore your inner world through creative expression, mindful practices, therapeutic processes and healing therapies.These workshops offer a safe,supportive & nurturing environment where your passion, purpose, and authentic self can flourish.Whether you are seeking insight, healing, or simply a deeper connection with yourself, you will find a compassionate space to grow, reflect, and discover insights and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and others.I honour your unique story and I invite you to commit to this meaningful path of self-discovery & take some time for yourself.​These workshops offer a unique blend of trauma-informed, therapeutic practices including therapeutic art,expressive therapies, family constellations, mindfulness, reiki, yoga, movement and body-based practices. All have been lovingly crafted to nurture and nourish your whole being.
