Join us in the maker space for a fun hands-on art experience for adults and youths alike!Learn about resist dyeing with teaching artist Linda Janklow from Peopleologie, and create your own mini-masterpiece.
This fun activity utilizes simple household tools, and integrates science, math, and an ancient dyeing technique still used today. Experiment with the infinite possibilities for designing your own small resist-dyed cotton work of art, perfect for wall hanging. It's always an experiment and a surprise!

Peopleologie brings hands-on field trips to people of all ages, in libraries, school and beyond. Workshops honor cultural heritage, celebrate community, and build connections to the world, as participants learn about and make things the old way.
