About this Event
Join Black Girl Network for Create, Connect & Celebrate, a FREE confidence-building outdoor experience created exclusively for Black girls ages 7–12.
This special summer gathering is designed to nurture confidence, encourage meaningful friendships, and create a strong sense of belonging through fun, engaging activities in a safe and supportive environment.
Throughout the day, girls will enjoy:
- 🎨 Creative crafts
- 🌿 A guided nature walk
- 🤝 Friendship-building games and activities
- 💬 Confidence-building conversations
- 🧺 An outdoor lunch together
- 📸 Photo opportunities and lasting memories
Our goal is simple: to create a space where every girl feels empowered to be herself, connect with others, and leave feeling even more confident than when she arrived.

What to Bring
- Nut-free lunch
- Water bottle
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Hat and sunglasses
- A positive spirit and a smile!
To help keep all participants safe, each child must bring their own nut-free lunch and water bottle. Food and drinks may not be shared during the event.
Spaces are limited, and registration is required.
