Create @ Blackwattle – Learn fibre felting techniques while you create your own spooky scary Halloween decorations. These fuzzy friends are great for an event or to keep you in the spooky spirit all year round!Join us on the farm for a 4 hour fibre art workshop as we create Halloween decorations!
Working in a small class of no more than 10, you'll be introduced to the crafty world of fibre felting with the guidance of Angela's years of expertise in the art.
No matter if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced felting artist, all skill levels are welcome to join us for this fun and social seasonal workshop session. Weather permitting we usually pop out for some time with the alpacas after lunch too!
During the day you will use your provided supplies to learn how to create Halloween decorations using dry needle felting techniques with New Zealand Corriedale wools.
Workshop cost includes:
- All the supplies you need to create your decorative display pot during the workshop
- Tea and coffee
- A Halloween themed morning tea
- Alpaca hand feeding experience (weather permitting)
- 10% off all purchases through the farm shop on the day
Additional fibre, colours and Needle Felting Kits will be available on the day, so you can customise your creations or to continue crafting at home with you new skill set!
