Class size limited to 10 and expected to fill quickly.
Come cultivate your inner expression, engage the senses, and explore your creative nature through the art of writing, somatic movement, and restorative yoga. Leave feeling rested, inspired, and connected. No experience required with yoga, dance, or writing. Bring your yoga mat, journal, favorite writing utensil, and a beloved mug for a cup of tea as you write.

Meredith Jackson and Keely Taylor enjoy practicing yoga and dance together, and are excited to collaborate for this creative workshop! Meredith has been practicing movement and dance her whole life. She has trained in a variety of modern postural styles including Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra, and her classes invite contemplation through sensory practices and non-dual Śaiva philosophy. She is currently pursuing an MA in Yoga Studies at Naropa University. Meredith is also a musician, hiker, and sailor, and enjoys drawing inspiration from the natural world. Keely loves dance, poetry, and welcoming the feminine ways of knowing. She facilitates weekly Awaken the Dance classes and is a practicing spiritual director.
