Create & Cope is a hands-on workshop that combines digital creativity with wellness, introducing participants to graphic design tools like Canva while exploring creative practices that support mental health and emotional well-being.
Whether you're designing for fun, creating content for a business, building a personal brand, or simply looking for a healthy creative outlet, this session is designed to help you turn ideas into something meaningful.
No design experience is required.

This session is open to all ages but is especially welcoming for teens, young adults, aspiring creators, entrepreneurs, and anyone looking for a positive and creative way to express themselves.

You will get step-by-step guidance, hands-on practice, and one-on-one support from a Digital Navigator.
