📸 Photographer Image Submission
To help us showcase future events and support our vendor team, photographers are required to submit 5-10 professionally edited images from the styled shoot within the timeframe outlined in the event agreement. By attending, you agree to allow these images to be used for event marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, with photographer credit whenever possible.
📝 Event Agreement
After purchasing your ticket, you'll receive a participant agreement with additional event details, expectations, timelines, image usage information, and important logistics. Please review and complete the agreement prior to the event.
