In this class, you will be learning the art and science behind this versatile French pastry called Pate a choux. We will guide you step by step on how to mix the batter, pipe, bake, fill and master the technique to create delicious homemade cream puffs at home! While your cream puffs are baking we will make a delicious whipped cream filling to fill your fresh cream puffs after they come out of the oven. All Supplies included. Space is limited. Class tuition is non refundable.
