A Valentine’s-inspired Pilates class + cookie flight at Cozy Kitty Café

Join us for a playful, feel-good Pilates class surrounded by adoptable cats — followed by cookies and cuddle time. This event is designed to help you move, smile, and treat yourself, without pressure or perfection.

• A 60-minute experience
• ~40–45 minutes of Pilates
• Remaining time for kitty hang-outs and cookies 🐱🍪
• A controlled, strength-focused Pilates class
• Not “gentle,” but not intense
• You’ll feel a burn — in a thoughtful, supported way
• A welcoming, judgment-free environment
• Cats roaming freely throughout the class (yes, really)
  

No prior Pilates experience needed — modifications and options will be offered.

Each ticket includes a protein cookie flight from Amanda’s Cookiez, featuring:

• Strawberry
• Cinnamon
• Chocolate PB
• Oreo

There will also be a tray of classic chocolate chip cookies, affectionately labeled “Cheat Day” — because balance 😉

50% of each ticket is donated directly to Cozy Kitty Café to support the cats.
The remaining portion covers the cost of the protein cookie flight included with your ticket.

• Please bring your own yoga mat if possible
• A limited number of mats (4–5) will be available to borrow
• Water bottle
• Comfy clothes you can move in
• Your love for cats and cookies 🍪🐾

• A café staff member will be there to guide interactions

• This event is 18+ only due to the nature of the event

• Tickets are non-refundable, but you're welcome to transfer your spot to a friend if you can't attend
