About the bands
Thomas Michael Riley brings colorful storytelling, quick wit, and unmistakable Texas spirit to every performance. An award-winning songwriter and seasoned entertainer, Riley has built a devoted following with songs inspired by cowboys, small towns, hard-earned wisdom, and the humor found in everyday life.
Known for his warm stage presence and thoughtful Texas Americana music, Riley has written hundreds of songs and spent decades entertaining audiences across Texas and beyond. Backed by his full band, he’ll open the fall series with an evening of lively music, memorable stories, and plenty of personality.
Hamilton, Texas native Presley Haile writes songs that feel like fireside stories shared by an old friend. Pairing thoughtful lyrics with soulful, commanding vocals, she weaves vintage country, dusty Americana, and alternative folk into a sound that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly new.
Haile began performing in church before picking up the guitar as a teenager. Influenced by the sharp storytelling of Guy Clark and the poetic warmth of Nanci Griffith, she has emerged as an exciting voice in the Texas and Americana music scene. Joined by her full band, Haile will bring her heartfelt songs and captivating stage presence to the rooftop.
Rooted in Oklahoma’s celebrated Red Dirt music scene, The Damn Quails blend folk, country, rock, and Americana into a sound all their own. What began as a weekly gathering of songwriters in Norman grew into a nationally touring band known for rich harmonies, sharply crafted songs, and high-energy performances.
Since the release of their debut album, Down the Hatch, The Damn Quails have spent years on the road refining a live show that is equal parts thoughtful and rowdy. Their distinctive Oklahoma sound and undeniable chemistry make them the perfect band to close out the fall rooftop concert series.
