It's time to put on your best costume and get ready to crawl! The inaugural Crawloween is coming, and it's a can't-miss night of spooky-good fun. We're talking about a terrifyingly tasty tour through downtown, filled with thrilling cocktails (and mocktails!), decadent chocolate, and the best costumes you've ever seen.

Snag your ticket before they're gone for good. There's a limited quantity available - so don't wait!
Start your adventure at our check-in location to grab your wristband and a map of all the haunted hot spots.
Crawl your way from stop to stop for a unique trick or treat at each one!
Your wristband will grant you exclusive access to special spoooooky menus with cocktails and mocktails at our liquor stops, and some delightful chocolatey treats (or tricks!) at other locations. Get ready for a night to remember—and maybe one to forget if you have too many spooky cocktails!
Don't forget to put together your best look! Downtown Lima Inc. is hosting a Costume Contest with a fabulous prize for the most wicked outfit. Start planning your costume now—the competition will be fierce!

Frequently Asked Questions:
Where do we check in? What time does check-in end?
Check-in will be at Betsey's Boutique Shops at 562. W. Market. You must bring a printed or digital proof of your ticket purchase to check in. You must be checked in by 7pm.

Do I have to buy my ticket in advance?
Yes! Tickets are presale only. You cannot purchase tickets at the time of the event.

Are the cocktails/mocktails free?
We wish! You will have access to exclusive drinks concocted for this event but you will still have to pay for them.

What about the chocolate?
Great question! Stops in between the cocktail stops will be offering a free chocolate treat for you to pick up. Don't forget to say "Trick or treat"!

What kind of tricks are we talking about? Is it scary?
It's not scary at all! Maybe we heard that instead of an edible chocolate treat you might be getting a chocolate-related trinket. But we've already said too much.

For real though, is it scary?
There is nothing scary or any jump-scares planned for the event. We cannot control the costumes people will come up with, so those might be scary.

What ages are allowed to participate in the event?
The event is open to all ages, but you must be 21+ to purchase alcohol. You will need to present your ID at each cocktail location to purchase alcohol. We don't make those rules.

Is this event DORA friendly?
OF COURSE! Keep your crawl going by ordering your cocktail in a DORA cup. JUST REMEMBER: You CANNOT enter a liquor serving establishment with a DORA cup. Plan to finish your drinks between locations. Non-liquor serving establishments may allow you to bring in your DORA cup while you crawl, just check for the DORA sign on the door to see if drinks are welcome. What about the costume contest?
Visit at the designated Photo Spot to have your photo taken for our costume contest! The location of the stop will be identified on your trail guide. If you do not stop to have your photo taken, you will not be entered in the contest. We will post the photos to Facebook and the one with the most likes by noon on October 31, 2025 will win our grand prize! Winner will be announced on our Facebook page and contacted by email. You will then have until Thursday, November 6, at 4pm to claim your prize.

Is the costume contest for individuals or groups?
The winner will be chosen by photo - so whoever is in the photo is the 'one entry' into the contest. If you are in a group photo, you cannot get an individual photo to enter - its one or the other. If you opt for a group photo, you will need to designate one person as your point of contact if you win.
