Sam is here today to talk about how lifetime mortgages and property investment can be perfect partners.

Sam started his career working in retail for over 25 years, reaching senior manager levels at Sainsbury’s where he was responsible for developing the seasonal events program in stores.

In 2006 he moved into the mortgage market, setting up his own business in 2008 - the same year as the financial crash hit the market.

Lifetime Mortgages and Equity Release have been a growing part of his business over the last ten years and growth in 2024 has been spectacular; largely because of a focus on using funding to help clients looking to generate additional income and reducing tax.

Sam will talk you through some of the work he has done with clients recently, especially the ones where funds secured have been used for property investment. Some of the returns have been spectacular and his clients have claimed that the results have been life changing!
