Crate Theory - Neil Robertson

Every record holds more than a song. A "deep cut" is the track you have to go looking for, the one that doesn't announce itself on the A-side but rewards the listener who stays in the crate a little longer. Crate Theory takes that as its premise: a recurring listening session where vinyl becomes a vessel for memory, migration, and lineage, and where a single selector is trusted to take a room somewhere they couldn't get on their own.
Crate Theory is co-curated and co-hosted by Solid Gold (Gabriel Jean-Paul Soomar) and RARA (Raphael Vulcain)-two practitioners who treat sound as a form of cultural infrastructure, but from the frequencies of the black Atlantic.
