About this Event
Please look carefully at the ticket! You pick your starting time from the available tickets remaining. When you reserve 1 (ONE) ticket, that is telling us that you have a three person team and you are all showing up to throw down at that time. DO NOT get 3 (THREE) tickets for your team. DO NOT get a ticket if you are single athlete looking to jump in....contact us directly with any questions.
Cannonball run style 4 WOD Event. Each workout follows the same format:
There will be three movements in each WOD to complete as a team. You pick the two that you want to attack first and follow a two-work, one-rest pattern until you complete the requirement for a movement. At that time, you can begin work on the third movement and continue until all the required work is done or you hit the 12 minute time cap. There is a 3 minute rest/transition to the next WOD until you complete all 4 workouts.
FAQs:
What time should I arrive? - You must check in no later than 30 minutes before your start time. It is suggested that you arrive 45 minutes before your start time for parking, check-in and warm up.
What if I can't complete all the required movements? - Not all team members need to be able to complete all movements in order to finish the WODs. Ultimately, it's a workout, not a competition event....scale appropriately to what you can do.
Can we have a Co-Ed Team? - Yes, a Co-ed team can work but you need to commit to two of the three performing the same movements at the same weights. There will not be enough room for 3 different bars, DBs, etc within the given space for a team.
What if I don't have a team (single athlete)? - Contact us and we work to get you into a team.
Could my start time get changed? - Most likely not, but be flexible if it does! You will be notified by email of any changes.
Where does the money go? - All donations will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation www.cff.org
How can I donate? - You can donate in person with cash or check the day of. There is also a Venmo and PayPal option below. All means are fine but know that cash or check is the best since there are no processing "fees" and all your donation goes to the CF Foundation.
Is there a minimum donation? - No there is not, but ~$30 per athlete or ~$100 per teamwould be a great place to start. Of course there is no MAXIMUM donation either!!!
