Carne Asada & Fresh Tortillas Cooking Class – Kick Off Summer Grilling 🌮🔥

Celebrate the start of summer with a hands-on Carne Asada and Fresh Tortillas Cooking Class at Rosita’s Cocina!

In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to prepare authentic carne asada the way I grew up eating it in Monterrey, Mexico — the cattle capital of Mexico. We’ll marinate and grill the steak to create flavorful street-style tacos, just like the ones you find in Northern Mexico.

We will also make fresh tortillas from scratch, the perfect base for your tacos.

During the class, we’ll also prepare:

• Fresh grilled summer salsa
• Traditional molcajete-style salsa
• Perfect carne asada marinades and grilling techniques

Everything will be made from scratch, and we’ll enjoy our tacos together at the end of class.

This is a BYOB class, so bring your favorite drink and come ready for a fun night of cooking, tacos, and summer vibes! 🍹🌮
