Elizabeth H. Vu is an award-winning screenwriter, script editor, and assessor based in Western Sydney, specializing in horror and thriller genres. Her work includes short films like Mr. Ghost and The Radio Singer, as well as collaborations with Phoenix Eye Films on projects such as Roses and Operation: Kung Flu. She also contributed to the web series Breathless for CORE Community Services. Vu's notable feature films include The Perception with Eric Roberts and Echo 8, which has been released on Amazon Prime. Additionally, she wrote Wake, a psychological horror starring Fivel Stewart, which opened theatrically and is now available on VOD.
The Echo 8 Trilogy: Story to Screen Workshop Series -Liverpool is managed by Phoenix Eye Films & funded through the Liverpool City Council's Matching Grant Program. The project is auspiced by Diversity Arts Australia and supported by Arts & Cultural Exchange with local partners KMA Liverpool, The Hunts Hotel and The Street University.
