Thank you for your interest in the Clark County Veterans Assistance Center (CCVAC) CRAFTING FOR COURAGE event. All the proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit our nation’s heroes.Date & Time: May 2, 2026, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Admission is free for all non-vendors.
Vendors may begin checking in and setting up at 7:30 am. Vendors must be set up and manned no later than 9:45 am. Vendors may not start to break down their areas until 3:00 pm.
Donations: Each vendor is asked to provide one item at no charge to CCVAC for our raffle. When displaying your item for the raffle, it will be clearly marked with your business name on it and/or your business card displayed next to it. This is a great way to publicize your booth during the event.
Vendor Information:
o Space fee is $20.00, if you need a table that is an additional $5.00 (Total $25.00)
o Space will be assigned in advance of the Event, based on the order in which the signed contracts, as well as payments were received. Efforts will be made not to have similar products in the same area. Please note, we are only looking for crafters, no ‘Direct Sales Distributor.’
o Vendors will need to keep their merchandise within the space provided. Aisles will be kept free of displays and merchandise. If you have items that do not fit on your table, please let us know and we will try to make accommodation based on available space.
o Vendors will be responsible for setting up their own areas and for providing their own dollies/carts.
o There will be no additional lighting provided besides overhead lights.
o Vendors will be responsible for their own cash box and receipts.
o After unloading merchandise, vendors are to move their vehicles away from the building. We will have volunteers showing you where to park.
Disclaimers: CCVAC will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise, property, or money. CCVAC staff and volunteers will be held harmless in case of any accident or injury that may occur during set up, take-down, and the duration of the event.
Deadlines And Payment Information: Request a 'Vendor Contract Agreement’ by emailing us at [email protected], then print out the ‘Vendor Contract Agreement’, sign and return the ‘Vendor Registration Application’ with payment in full, no later than April 17, 2026.

We have 42 spots and about 20 extra tables. Spots will be reserved by first paid registration
