Crafting Connection Sewing Workshop

Join us for an exciting sewing workshop that will unleash your creativity and introduce you in to introductory sewing techniques. Whether you're new to sewing or an experienced seamstress we welcome you to this community sewing workshop!

SCHEDULE:

2:00-3:30pm Garment repair (up to 3 items)

3:30-5:00pm Lapa or Pillowcase creation

All sewing materials and equipment will be provided, or you can bring your own if you prefer.

We will learn a basic stitch to create a lapa (African skirt) or pillow case.

Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot early. Choose between repairing garments, creating a lapa (African wrap skirt) a pillowcase or all 3!
