Writing asks us to be vulnerable, disciplined, and deeply honest, but many writers struggle with burnout, self-doubt, perfectionism, criticism, and the pressure to constantly produce.
This workshop introduces the Redefining Love Framework of Boundaries, Accountability, and Grace as practical tools for creating a healthier, more sustainable writing life.
Participants will explore how boundaries protect creativity, accountability helps writing goals become reality, and grace allows room for mistakes, rest, rejection, and growth.
Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how to care for themselves as writers while still remaining committed to the craft.
