In this hands-on class, Alex will guide you through the step-by-step process of crafting your very own 10” by 12” cutting board. Learn the essential skills of woodworking as you gain hands-on experience with a planer, table saw, chop saw, and sander. Discover the art of finishing as you apply mineral oil to bring out the natural beauty of your creation.
Workshop Highlights
Tool Mastery: Gain proficiency in using essential woodworking tools, including the planer, table saw, chop saw, and sander.
Hands-On Crafting: Roll up your sleeves and delve into the art of woodworking, creating your own custom cutting board under expert guidance.
Finishing Flourish: Learn the finishing touches as you apply mineral oil to enhance the aesthetics and durability of your handmade cutting board.
Safety First: Experience woodworking in a safe and supervised environment with provided safety goggles and materials.
