A group sound bath meditation designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite deep rest.

✨ Crown (Hat) Creative Crafting
Participants will create or personalize a crown (hat) as a symbol of covering, intention, identity, and empowerment. Creative choice supports agency and self-expression.

✨ Crown Walk Parade
A joyful and embodied moment to integrate the experience through movement, confidence, and celebration.

All activities are invitational. There is no right or wrong way to participate.

A limited number of hats will be available for purchase on site.

$45 per person
Includes guided facilitation, sound bath, tea tasting, and all creative materials.
