Craft Mixology Class: Cupid & Cocktails

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Learn to mix, shake, stir and properly garnish 4 craft cocktails- both new and classic cocktails alike. All cocktails are made with Accompani, our line of liqueurs, amaro, and vermouth.
• Gain a solid foundation of many bar tools and techniques involved in mixology. Learn when to shake and when to stir (thanks, James Bond!)
• Hear a little cocktail history on each libation
• Learn the proper glassware and techniques to garnish your lovely libation
• Cocktail list teaser: there will be one sparkling cocktail, one egg white sour, one modern classic, and one original vintage classic featured for this class.
